Is this a subscription?
No. You pay €12.29 once and keep Pro, including future updates.
On how many Macs can I use it?
One license is active on one Mac at a time. Moving to a new Mac? Choose “Remove from This Mac” in MControl first. If the old Mac is gone, restore your purchase with your email and restore code and move it to the new Mac.
Can I use Pro at work?
The personal license (€12.29) is for private use. For work – freelancers and companies alike – choose team licenses: €14.99 per Mac, business use included, cheaper from 7 Macs.
Is there a student discount?
Yes: €7.99 instead of €12.29 for students. Verify your university email on the student page and you get a personal checkout link.
Can I buy Pro for my team?
Yes. Choose the number of Macs and pay once: you get one license key per Mac. Give each teammate a key by email, or copy them all. Each key works on one Mac and can be freed and reassigned, for example when someone leaves. From 5 Macs the price per Mac drops.
Does my data leave my Mac?
Your usage, summaries and chats never do. Stripe handles only the payment, and to keep a license on one Mac, MControl sends just the license key and an anonymous device ID.
